January just flew by.In January I started training again.  I ran about 240% of what I ran in December.  I ran Marathon/Ultra Marathons #98 and #99. I “ran” 26 times and took 8 days off. I’m injury free so far.  Maybe I can double my mileage again next month.The last few months of 2009 I took it real easy.
