Wow is it February already? January just flew by.
In January I started training again. I ran about 240% of what I ran in December. I ran Marathon/Ultra Marathons #98 and #99. I “ran” 26 times and took 8 days off. I’m injury free so far. Maybe I can double my mileage again next month.
The last few months of 2009 I took it real easy. September through December my mileage was 86, 69, 143, and 107. Yeah that’s per month not per week.
My next race will be #100 so of course I’ll run 100 miles. …or at least that’s the plan. I plan to run 100 miles at the Pacific Rim 24 hour in March.
